I am equally comfortable representing sellers or buyers, and I know that while it's all real estate, two different skill sets come into play. I am patient and straightforward with my clients, no matter which end of the transaction you're on. I firmly believe that when you're buying a house, you and I will both know it when we've found the right match, and I won't ever make you feel pressured or pushed. When you're selling a home, continual strategy analysis is necessary to track and stay a jump ahead of the market; a crucial piece of my job is to keep you accurately informed and tailor my advice to reflect changing conditions. Being a full-time Realtor, I'm available nearly any time of day, any day of the week. I believe in being as flexible and available as possible.
