Education & Training

At Premiere Property Group we know that knowledge is power so we provide the most advanced and complete education and training regimen in the industry.

This also means that our agents never need to go far to receive all necessary ongoing education courses in order to renew their licenses. This even includes regular internal offerings for LARC and NAR Code of Ethics training as required.

All of our education and training is posted in our Broker Toolkit as well as in our offices and can be broken down into the five categories.

Regular Company Level Training

MONTHLY SALES MEETING & CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) CLASS

We hold a monthly sales meeting usually near our Lake Oswego headquarters and often on the first Thursday of the month where we provide insight into the happenings and direction of the company and industry as a whole. This kick-off to the month also includes a hand-picked topic that offers 1 CE hour covering a subject that will benefit the businesses of our agents. This monthly staple to the PPG training calendar is closed out with a social hour that includes happy hour food and beverages designed to let us our agents network and collaborate while getting to know one another.

MONTHLY ADVANCED SALES & MARKETING CLASS

On a monthly basis our VP of Sales & Marketing hosts a large event with food and beverages served where he as one of PPG’s top agents lays out step-by-step how he and his successful team run their business and every system, task and offering they utilize for their buyers and sellers along with the why behind it. This is always followed by a question and answer collaboration.

Regular Branch Level Training

MONTHLY CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) CLASS

Each office once per month holds a branch level training where a qualified presenter will cover the same hand-picked subject matter held at the monthly sales meeting for those who were not able to travel to that large centralized event.

MONTHLY COLLABORATION

Once per month all who desire in each branch get together, usually for a lunch and learn, where they collaborate and discuss a timely subject matter chosen by the education and training committee.

Specialty & Advanced Training

In addition to the ongoing and regular courses that PPG offers, the company holds specialty events to educate, train and protect our agents. These events include regular masterminds with specialty outside coaches and trainers brought in, Realtor Safety courses and training and more.

Mentorship Program

At Premiere Property Group we pride ourselves in having the most comprehensive mentorship program for new agents in the business. Our mentorship program is comprised of two primary components:

  • Weekly Group Classes- These on-going required courses span about three months and cover every major topic a new agent will need to be aware of including- how to show homes, write offers, list homes, hold an open houses, generate leads and so much more.
  • One-On-One Training With A Mentor. Each of our new agents (mentees) is paired with a mentor who will assist them every step of the way with their first four transactions. This means that the mentee will have a qualified, go-to person who is incentivized to help them with any potential real world scenario they encounter in addition to the regular pro-active training they are already receiving.

PPG TV

As Premiere Property Group has spread across the region it has become apparent for the need to have our extensive education and training program available to all of our agents regardless of where they reside or the time of day or week that they are available to participate in it. For this reason, we created PPG TV. This is our own internal broadcast solution where we record key events and training sessions and make them available to be previewed on-demand by any agent, anywhere at any time.
