Reviewing Broker Bios

Jeffry D Wiren

Jeff has had his real estate license since August 2004. He is the VP & Managing Principal Broker with Premiere Property Group, LLC. Jeff has served as a 2 term President for the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors, as a State Director for the Oregon Association of Realtors, and as a Delegate to the National Association of Realtors. Jeff has also served as Chairman of the Oregon Real Estate Forms Committee, and as Chairman for the Regional Multiple Listing Service. In addition, Jeff was honored to receive the 2016 Realtor of The Year Award from PMAR. Jeff has extensive Management and Leadership experience in the real estate industry and is a consistent top producer in his company.

When not selling houses, Jeff enjoys spending time with his Wife and 3 children. He also enjoys serving as the Volunteer Choir Director at his Church, and singing in a Tualatin based choir called the Glory Singers.

Ron Schock

Ron is in his 26th year in the real estate industry with the majority of time in Yamhill County. In addition to real estate sales; Ron was a Managing Principal Broker for a large franchise, managing 3 offices in Yamhill County for 7 years. Ron’s ability to lead and coach brokers through real estate transactions is well respected in the region and is one of the reasons that he is on the Reviewing Broker Team for Premiere Property Group, LLC. Ron is a long standing member of the Yamhill County Association of REALTORS® and has held various board positions including being President of YCAR in 2010 and was honored as REALTOR® of the year for Yamhill County in 2013. He obtains great satisfaction helping clients and brokers alike succeed in their real estate goals. In his free time, Ron enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid sports fan (Seahawks and Blazers), playing music and enjoying all that the region has to offer.

Greg Whistler

Greg is in his 24th year as a Real Estate Broker. He is a licensed Principal Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, and Graduate of the Realtor Institute! He regularly teaches training classes and is a mentor to new agents. Greg is also the 2018 President of the East Metro Association of Realtors. His specialties include: New & Resale Homes, Investment Properties, Land Development, Commercial Sales, Contract Development, Negotiation, Market Evaluation & Customer Service.

Dan Zukaitis

Dan has many years of experience as a Broker and Managing Broker. He started his career in 1978 in California. From 1978-1989 he sold real estate and managed offices for Sun Realty and Great Western Real Estate. After that, he spent some time working for Mike Ferry Productions, participating in coaching in the industry. Dan moved to Bend approximately 30 years ago, and managed for RE/MAX Manzanita Properties. He has listed and managed several subdivisions throughout Bend, and even owned his own firm in Bend in the early 2000’s. Dan is a Past President for COAR and was the 2001 COAR Realtor® of The Year! He has also served as a State Director for OAR.

Mike Creighton

Mike has been a licensed Realtor in Oregon for over 22 years and as Principal Broker for 16 of those years. He is also a licensed Realtor in Washington and California. Through the years, he has gained the knowledge and experience to offer agents options, directions and advice on transactions, professional relationships and business operations. He considers being a good ‘sounding board’ a primary role. A phrase you may hear him say often is: “I know a thing or two because I’ve seen and thing or two.” Mike grew up outside of New York City, graduated from Northwestern University, and taught high school English for a few years. He also had his own building materials supply company and restaurant in Florida. Mike and his wife, Pat, moved to Oregon in 1994. From then on, it has been all real estate — as Agent, Owner, and Principal Broker!

Lisa Bettendorf

Lisa has been a licensed broker for just over 22 years. After over 2 decades Lisa still LOVES helping families make their real estate dreams come true. Lisa also finds tremendous joy in training and mentoring other brokers. She truly enjoys real estate and wants to help other brokers become successful.

When Lisa is not focusing on work you will find her with her family. Lisa was born and raised in Damascus Oregon and now she lives on a small farm in Boring Oregon. She enjoys being outdoors and loves being physically active.

Barbara Roach

Barbara Roach is a native Oregonian as she was born in Hood River and has spent most of her life in the Portland metropolitan the area. Married to a home builder it was only natural for Barbara to become a licensed real estate agent to assist him in acquiring building sites and selling the finished homes.

It wasn’t long before Barbara found her passion was not only working with new construction but helping others agents learn the real estate business and build successful careers. This led her to the management side of real estate. She is currently one of the Principal Reviewing Brokers for Premiere Property Group, LLC . Even with over 30 years in real estate she looks forward to each day with renewed excitement and a smile.

On a personal note Barbara has been a founding board member and activist with Oregon Dog Rescue in Tualatin. She and her husband have a married daughter and two grandsons. When Barbara is not doing real estate or adopting rescue dogs, you’ll probably find her sitting in the bleachers watching her grandsons play football.

Phil Souza

Phil Souza is a Managing Broker for Premiere Property Group, LLC in Washington State with offices in Vancouver and Battle Ground.

Phil was previously the Designated Broker in Washington State for RealEstate.com, a division of LendingTree.

He owned a CENTURY 21 Real Estate Franchise with offices in King, Snohomish and Pierce Counties. The top producing C-21 firm in the Pacific Northwest with a Property Management Division and was proud of their annual “Quality Service Award”. The Firm also had their own real estate school (Eastside Real Estate Academy); a large Relocation/Business Development Department and a Referral only company.

Served as Chief Operating Officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Services in the Pacific Northwest with offices in Washington and Oregon. Designated Broker in Washington and Principal Broker in Oregon responsible for fourteen full service offices and eight financial centers.

Phil has been an active REALTOR® serving as President of the Seattle-King County Association of REALTORS®; President of the Washington State Association of REALTORS®; and a Director for the Seattle-King County REALTORS®, Washington REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

REALTOR designations include; CRB, GRI, and SRES. He has served as a Trustee for the Washington Center for Real Estate Research at Washington State University as well as Trustee for the Northwest Leadership Institute in Oregon and Washington.

Served in numerous capacities at the local, state and national levels including Chairman of the Seattle First Citizens Selection Committee.

Phil attended the Coldwell Banker Senior Management Program at the University of Connecticut and is an advocate for Real Estate Education and the successful careers for Broker’s/Managing Broker’s.
